The Vision
Lextrad Services is a private limited company registered under the terms of the companies act (chapter 24:03). It came into existence with effect from the 31st of January 2001. We are registered with Zimra, NSSA, ZIMDEF, United Nations and the State Procurement Board (SPB).
Our organization sets the framework from which the shareholders and management can be guided with respect to the strategic objective of Lextrad Services. The profile will be revisited and updated whenever necessary due to fundamental shifts in policy and or significant changes in the driving forces that affect the organization.
QUALITY POLICY
The company continually provides quality output ethically and morally at an affordable price through cost effective management. Our products are of an approved quality standard and are environmentally friendly to meet the requirements of our quality clients. Our quality policy is to deliver quality products that conform to relevant regulations and standards on agreed delivery schedules and at competitive pricing levels accomplishing total customer satisfaction, and to be efficient in all work processes and maintaining the quality system that aims for continuous improvement.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The company is committed to leading the industry in minimizing the impact of its activities on the environment and accepts responsibility for the harmful effects its operations have on both the local and global environment and is committed to reducing them. We meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to us. We source and promote a product range that minimizes the negative environmental impact of both production and distribution.
ORGANISATIONAL GOALS
Lextrad Services (PVT) ltd, as any other enterprising business has set itself challenges in the form of short, medium and long-term organizational goals. A long-term goal has been set and it is the need to become the largest, best and most reliable supplier in Zimbabwe. Also on the drawing board is the intension to sell our services across the whole of Zimbabwe, withstand competition at international levels hence the need to export our services to other regions. This would mean open up branches countrywide.
